Due to the nature of products we do not offer refunds on any beaded jewellery but if there are any issues with product on arrival please contact me via email on admin@thespottyrose.com.au

Refunds
We only provide refunds on faulty items.
Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase for online purchases and 7 days for in store purchases.
Item must be in original condition with tags attached.
All items will be photographed before dispatch for comparison.
